Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to exercise the withdrawal within five (5) business days following the delivery of the product, in accordance with the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011 of Colombia. During this period, you can return the product and receive a refund for the value paid, assuming only the transportation costs and any other costs involved in the return.
It is important that the returned product is in the same condition in which it was received, with its original labels and packaging, and without showing signs of use or damage.
Changes:
If you wish to exchange a product for another of equal or greater value, you may also do so within five (5) business days following delivery of the original product. In this case, you will have to pay the price difference if the new product has a higher value, assuming only the transportation costs and any other costs involved in the return.
