  • Express Shipping: If you need your jewelry urgently, our express service is perfect for you. With this service, you will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location.
  • Priority Shipping: Delivery on the same business day (Applies only to Medellin, Envigado, Sabaneta, La Estrella, Caldas, Bello, Itagüí and Copacabana), applies only to purchases made before 10 am on business days.

Cost of delivery:

Shipping cost depends on the shipping method selected and your location. We will automatically calculate the shipping cost at the time you make your purchase, so you know exactly how much you will pay before completing your order.

Shipment Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this number, you will be able to track the progress of your package online and be aware of its location at all times.
